Better options are in the here and now ! Tax Credit expires April 30,2010 , Interest Rates are hovering around 4.75% and home selections are terrific, however those statistics are on the horizon to change. FHA loans are already modifying their guidelines. I have one lender who has program offering 3.75% on ARM for 5 years, then can renew for 1 year or roll over to 15 or 30 year at current rate.
